Please learn how to ask a question.  This is at least the third time you've
posted a variation of this question, and while this one at least seems to
make some sense, it doesn't come close to telling us what you want to do.

By my count there are FIFTY packages for cvs in Ubuntu.  Even if none of
them were actually named cvsnt, _one_ of them would surely serve your
purpose.

However, cvsnt is of course in Ubuntu.  Just install it.
