network-manager

I think it is obscure because I can't find it either so I am having the
same trouble as the person who mentioned this problem.
I looked under administration and all I can find are Network Tools and
network settings.
It does seem rather like it is a bit like Gnucash which is another app
that doesn't seem to appear in any of the Gnome menus as I know someone
had to find the file for me and add it to the Gnome menus under the menu
containing things like the Openoffice apps.
I have tried both a command install and entering on the Network-manager
Gnome .deb file thinking I might see it under one of the menus when I
did an alt F1 but still couldn't locate how to run it.
