No GCJ, only Sun Java5: how??

I couldn't remember accepting the license agreement, so I removed the
packages completely and reinstalled them. The license agreement came up, I
accepted it, and the packages installed.
I tried installing Tomcat 5.5 again, however with the same results: it
insists on installing gcj.
