Error while compiling Kmobiletools

I got the error shown below when I was compiling KMbileTools as follows:

I wrote this:
CFLAGS="-O0 -ggdb" CXXFLAGS="-O0 -ggdb" ./configure
--enable-debug=full --disable-final --prefix=$(kde-config --prefix)


Then I got this:
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
