DHCP always rewrites your resolv.conf unless you explicitly prevent it
(usually in /etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf).  However, if DHCP is providing these
values they should be right.

Remove the resolvconf package if you have it.  It no longer serves a useful
purpose that I can see, and also causes this sort of thing.
