booting problem

I just installed Ubuntu 6.06 server on a
CPU 150
Ram 32mb
Installed went very will now I can't boot into it
Grub comes up but it reboots every time
what do I need to do to fix this
I did a search on Ubuntu Forum tried some of the options
Still reboots every time but not into the system
