Normally, the first time you visit a flash site, firefox will offer to
install flash (automatically setting up the 32 bit version to work with
your 64 bit browser).
The other problem you'll have will be with the java plugin. You can
install the temp fork of 1.7 java called icedtea from the following deb
source. (official java 1.7 will have a 64 bit plugin by default)
deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~doko/ubuntu/ gutsy/
Other than that, there will be no problem with multimedia, you can use
medibuntu.org repos.
