about gvim package installation

Hello Sir,

I have installed Ubuntu 7.10 "Gutsy Gibbon"
Linux OS one week ago on my Dell Inspiron 1720
notebook.

I m not getting any latest gvim binary package for
this OS from web?

Could you please tell me where can I download 
and install the latest gvim for Ubuntu 7.10 Linux OS?
What is procedures to install if I get the package?
