Of course it is, but the bug has been there for years now, with continual
reports that there's an imminent fix, but when Gutsy came out we got
another flood of reportbug messages here (which is why I assume it's not
yet fixed). The chances of the correct developer seeing them is actually
pretty high. There's even a good chance that they are getting into
Launchpad (certainly when Feisty was released, Corey was manually moving
the reportbug posts into launchpad), but it's just frustrating to see this
bug sit around so long when the simple solution is to remove reportbug from
the distro altogether if there is no intention of making it work properly.
