I've never used reportbug so I can't comment.
I'm stating the obvious here but this is an ubuntu users mailing list
- not a ubuntu developers mailing list. What is the point of reporting
bugs here when the chances of the correct developer seeing the bug
report are low.
Is this not indicative of a bug in "reportbug"
Saying all that, I'm sure this has been discussed on the list many
times before (my time) so I can only conclude that this is working as
designed.
