NTFS-3D issue. Help!

NTFS-3D doesn't see one of my ntfs partitions.  Following is the result of

sudo fdisk -l

Notice sda1 and sda2 are both ntfs, but NTFS-3D only sees sda1.  I can 
mount sda2 ok, but read-only. Notice also that sdd1 is ntfs (its USB) 
and mounts OK (rw).  I'M stumpt!
