Dual Boot

Is it generally a good idea to install Ubuntu first, then Windows? Or
vice versa?

Also, does anyone know or have experience with using iTunes via VMware
or VirtualBox and being able to purchase music from the Music Store AND
sync to the iPod? I dual boot my iPod with Rockbox - and any music I buy
will shortly be ripped to OGG and transferred to the Rockbox segment;
however, I love being able to purchase video's and audiobooks from iTMS.
