image file !

well, on my Mac (oops) I can create a secure image file, with dynamic size 
upto 4.0GB, when entering the password it would mount the image file, then I 
could work with the data inside., when unmounted the image file, it would 
show the image, but its lock. (AES 256 password encrypted)

Now with ubuntu 7.04, how can one do this ?, have not found a way like Mac 
can.
