iGoogle-like App?

Hello,

I'd like to run something similar to iGoogle on my local machine at home...

I thought of PHPBB maybe?

I need it to be highly customizable and  easy to set up and manage (I am a
newbie to this kind of apps).

Also, I have a modest machine: Socket 478 Intel P4 Celleron, 512MB RAM, 20Gb
free HD space...

Any app that fits my bill?
