Sorry 0if this shows as a TP, but I haven't figured out how to get a crackberry to send replies properly yet-
Sidebar question -
Is there a way to get a list of a _standard_ install of ubu/kubu/xubu that can then be compared against what's installed on a given system? Possibly with another option to list the pkgs added since the original ?

It doesn't matter - neither Shorewall nor Shorewall-lite are any part of
standard Ubuntu. So Michael installed one of them, or something that
depended on one of them, etc, etc. Michael insists Feisty did it.
Michael's wrong. Michael also knows enough to have checked the
dependencies himself.
