What uses port 2208?

What uses port 2208?

A netstat -a shows something listening on port 2208, and the only info I
can find on the net says it's a backdoor (!). This port is not
in /etc/services. I watched it for a while and there doesn't seem to be
anything actually connecting on that port (yet...).

Is there any way generally to find out what program is using a
particular port?
