Thunderbird 2 in repositories

I did the same and it worked perfectly for me, not a single problem; I'm 
using the final 2.0.0.  One thing you do not need to do is install the 
1.5 first.  If you only want version two you can simply just extract it 
to /opt and skip the parts in the wiki about the older version of 
Thunderbird installed.
