Hello Troy,

I tried the server (Feisty) and then installed the gnome desktop. It
rebooted with not the resolution I wanted.

I googled and found on the Ubuntu forum to install the regular desktop
and then add the LAMP packages. This booted up properly with the screen
resolution I wanted.

I just wanted to share my experience with adding gnome desktop to a
server install vice adding LAMP packages on top of gnome desktop.

It seemed much easier adding LAMP packages to the gnome desktop. I also
added latest webmin that works great so far.

Best to you,

Roger
