Torrents not working?

I don't really know enough about torrents to be sure, but it looks to me
as if the torrent tracker at
http://torrent.ubuntu.com:6969/
has been having a few little tantrums since the feisty release ;)
I don't think the number of seeds is a problem " per se " - but the
tracker has been down several times. If your client uses a DHT
( distributed hash table ) it will continue to "work" even when the
tracker is down, though, by picking up other peers from the distributed
data base .
