lm-sensors, missing i2c-sensor.ko?

Hi,

I'd like to get lm-sensors running on a nforce2 box, but I always get

Can't access procfs/sysfs file
Unable to find i2c bus information;
For 2.6 kernels, make sure you have mounted sysfs and libsensors
was compiled with sysfs support!

on my recent edgy box. I tried running MAKEDEV, /sys is mounted properly
and populated, but according to the FAQs from lm-sensors, I should make
sure i2c-sensor is loaded. However, this file is missing completely.

* Was this removed with post 2.6.15 kernels? I know things were running
while I was using dapper on the same box.

* How can I get lm-sensors back to run or shall I file a bug report
against the kernel?

Thanks for any help

Carsten
