Converting Blusfish syntax-highlighted PHP code in to a PDF

I have tried many times: vim "+ha >%s.ps" +q '%s' 2>/dev/null
I can't seem to make a PS file, I don't know where it would output it 
anyway. I tried on both local and VFS, with no luck. Not sure what I am 
doing wrong :/
