SSH Server Problems

I checked the sshd_config and ListenAddress is commented out too. It
may be a network issue since i installed proftpd to test and enabled
port 21 and same thing is happening. I am no able to access the ftp
service. Now what bothers me is the fact that there is nothing else
beyond my computer to configure since i have it connected directly to
the internet.

I wonder if it may actually be a bug on Edgy. I am kind of lost now. I
will all the logs my self at home later.
