am i the only one having the aaazzzaaazzzaaazzzaaazzzaaazzz problem?

Hi folks
i am running a mail server(postfix) on ubuntu LTS server
i keep getting mails which have "aaazzzaaazzzaaazzzaaazzzaaazzz" as the content
and the senders are in my postfix sender list

i tried google but didn't get much useful info
someone says it is because windows IE users use "right click > send to
>mail receipt". this action may generate those mails

i cant tell if this is right or wrong since i dont have testing
environment for this.

any comments will help
