Yes, AFAIK

You have to be able to do two things:

1.  Make your USB stick bootable.

2.  Tell your computer to boot from USB (older computers may not have
this option).

These people have done it and sell the results on a USB stick:

It depends on what you want to do with it.  You won't be able to boot
from the .iso file.
