If you want Ubuntu on dvd, here is one of many places that you can order 
it that way:

If you see something that you want that is not listed, this guy does 
requests, so getting anything on dvd is not a big challenge.  That is 
his business, and until I got broadband, every distro I tried came from 
this site.  Even my initial trial of ubuntu.
