Problem with installation

I would just run the installed again, should work !

The only thing that could cause serious trouble I think, is if you
modified the partitioning of your hard drive(s) during the installation,
and the power disappeared precisely during the split millisecond where
the installer writes to the partition table, possibly leaving a
corrupted table ! THAT would be *annoying*...

But most likely your partition table is okay, and you can just
re-install Ubuntu again and all should be fine (all your partitions and
data should still be there...).
