This is a question sign: "?". Goes after questions. The answers are:
Depends, but yes, Python is used at NASA for some tasks; and "no", you
can't install it because it's already installed. So yes, you can make
use of it in Ubuntu. Just crank open a terminal and type python to
open the interpreter, or use the command
sudo apt-get install idle
followed by your password to install idle, a convenient "graphical" interpreter.
