Disk Defragmentation

                        Hello,
  Do I need a disk defragmentation tool for Ubuntu? If 'Yes', please specify how to install it using apt-get.
 In Windows OS, disk fragmentation improves performance. If I defragment my EXT-3 volumes somehow, does it improve performance?
