dude, wtf are you smoking?

The entire internet universe, with the exception of those 
assimilated into the Outlook borg, does quoting, replies and 
sigs properly.

The problem is not that the sig is going in the wrong place, but 
that (Outbreak-style) you are trying to put the reply in THE 
WRONG PLACE. The reply goes at the end, and the sig goes aftewr 
the reply. What's difficult to understand about that?
