Web tool

I need to find a tool, and am hoping that someone here can at least 
point me in a direction.

I have a client that wants to be able to display architectural drawings 
on his website. That part would be easy, except that he needs the 
visitors to be able to pan and zoom around on the drawings.

Can someone suggest a tool - or at least a starting point - that might 
get me to this functionality?
