[Network] 'mtr' tool : are these results abnormal ??

I got 0% packet loss on my computer (up-to-date Dapper) in a quick
check this morning, also in the U.K. (London area), so I don't think
that's it. I ran it against www.google.com, so that's a fairly long
way to travel.
