nautilus-script-audio-convert

Well, I have install these via synaptic installer:

    nautilus-script-audio-convert
    nautilus-script-manager
    and a few other....

NOW, this is suppose to be right click thing...(not)

I did selected a .ape music file, and was going to convert it to a .mp3
or .flac
however !, the script is NOT in the right click menu at all.. hmm

Next, I found the script manager in the preferences settings, launch the
app,
and found NOTHING installed... ODD

So, I found where the script was, and added it.. 
HOWEVER, its still not showing up, via right click or even it the
nautilus menus items...

So, someone "please" tell me HOW to correct this problem, or what I do
wrong.
