nvidia nx7600 problems

I'm still trying to get my nx7600 card working. The motherboard has a 
built in nvidia geforce something. I was able to get that working under 
Edgy.

   1. Took out the nx7600 card
   2. Did an install of Edgy
   3. Installed the nvidia drivers
   4. Installed 3D games
   5. Works just fine

Could it be that Linux doesn't like two nvidia cards in the same system. 
I'm not sure what to do now. All I know is that the on board video is 
working.
