HP Laserjer 2100 page size error?

Hi everyone,
  I have a HP LaserJet 2100 that for some reason, will only print out at,
what seems to be, A4 format.  I know that this isn't directly an Ubuntu
question, but Ubuntu is all that I use anymore.
  I have changed the Page size setting, the Page Region setting and made
sure that the printer itself is printing at US Letter size.
  Obviously, this presents a problem because nothing prints out correctly
and I really can't make any labels(which I NEED to) because nothing lines
up!
  Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what did they do to rectify
it?
