Best way to install ubuntu with fvwm2 Window Manager?

I use IceWM. I found the best, and leanest, way to do this is to install 
Ubuntu Server and add what you want. This way, you're not dealing with 
GDM or Gnome and (if you prefer) you don't even  have to have a 
display--on my IceWM servers, I log in to the console and type `startx`.
