Seeking advice on setup web server

No I won't run X on server. I'll turn over the packages installed
later checking whether any X package download and installed escaping my
notice.

That is really my problem. This is only a test. Several years ago I
read documents about setting server using dynamic IP. There were
several websites will assist detecting the change of dynamic IP. I
suppose I still have those information on my database. However it will
trace back to RH8 age. Now my immediate need is how to test this
LAMP-server with dynamic IP and how to connect ISP as a server not as a
workstation.

I think I have all of them installed. Now the server is running but
needs configuration.
