Look into using winetools to get some of the native MS stuff that you may 
need for Wine. See:

Winetools seems to have problems with the latest version of Wine but it has 
a good list of the base packages that you will need. If Winetools will not 
work, the package will just have to be manually downloaded from Microsoft 
and installed from the command line.
