Do you have an external DC power supply for the camera? If so, then
connect it as well. The machine is disconnecting your USB connection
because it draws over 100mA. Strange, I thought that was suppose to
happen at 500 mA. How is the USB port connected to the m/b? Is it on
the board/ on a PCI card/ connected via cable to the center of the
board (and usually mounted on the front of the case)?
