Files from camcorder to folder

I've not seen that before, but what I might try is to disconnect any
other USB devices I'm using, other than keyboard and mouse. Or try one
of the USB ports directly on the computer, if you're using a hub of
some sort. The camcorder might be one device too many.

If you don't have anything else connected, then I'm at a loss and will
hope someone more knowledgeable jumps in... :-(
