E: Problem with MergeList
/var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_dapper_universe_binary-i386_Packages

I looked, and the file exists. This is a fresh dapper server install. It
started happening before apt-get install xubuntu-desktop finished. Happens
now with apt-get -f install or anything else apt-get or dpkg I try. Seems
like a very serious problem. Anyone know how to fix?
