GNOME or KDE

I am not sure of that.
I have the feeling that KDE3 is much more difficult to theme than
Gnome : there are not a lot of themes you can install in KDE3 without
re-compiling or being root for a package install.
In opposite, I never had any issue with theming on Gnome.
