I want to run ubuntu with the FVWM2 Window manager. What's the best
way to install:-

Install Ubuntu Desktop and then 'switch off' Gnome and use FVWM2
    instead.

or:-

Install Ubuntu Server and add all the bits I need to run X and
    thus FVWM2.

Also does Ubuntu Desktop have *everything* that's in Ubuntu Server?
My home Linux system is both my desktop machine *and* a home network
server so I want an X desktop and a LAMP server.
