change partition

I have done it using the QTParted (Might be in MEPIS or ubuntu I do
not remember but it was a live CD) It works well in creating a 1~5 GB partition
out of existing partition.

While if you want to make 50~50 kind of split it might not work well.

I suggest that you do the defrag of the drive before doing so.
