I have the same CPU, and currently run 32-bit Kubuntu. Now here's a
stupid question - what's the advantage of using the 64-bit version? 

Does anyone here know which is better for Xen in hardware virtualization
mode? (I'm currently testing HVM on the same system on RHEL 5 beta 2 and
SLES 10.)
