azurueus tidy shutdown on gdm shutdown

Hi,

this problem has been present for years now and I have never seen a
solution for this yet. Many people use azureous on linux, and make it
auto-execute upon login ( System > Preferences > Sessions > Startup )

Typically I shutdown my computer using the graphical gnome/gdm shutdown
GUI. Usually, I forget to quit azureous first using that neat icon on the
system tray. So, next time I turn on the PC and login, I get the azureus
"Warning, azureus has not been shutdown tidily" message...

I know that doing "killall java" sends de proper signal to azureous and
it can shutdown tidily. I want to have this automatically done before gdm
starts killing ungracefully all open applications. Can someone tell me which
scritpt I should add these commands to, or where should I create a new
script?

thanks!
Ari
