XEN with Edgy

Hi list,

I ran into one XEN-Bug under edgy, which is already filed and confirmed:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/xen-source-2.6.17/+bug/71348

At launchpad, people state, that this bug has a workaround by using the 
binaries from xensource.

My question is: How should one proceed to use those?

Second question: Is there any thimeshift on when this bug will be fixed? This 
one's really annoying :-)
