Please help

I am a new user to Ubuntu, I am on 6.10. I signed into the user group and 
some how I am getting two lots of all messages. My email address that I used 
is trevor.nye at trnye.co.uk NOT this hotmail account. I am having problems 
with AOL and my domain site.
