wrong libgl1-mesa-dev dependencies or bug ?

Hi,

I'd like to compile cinelerra, and for this, I need libopenexr-dev...
But libopenexr-dev doesn't want to install, because of xlibmesa-gl-dev
And xlibmesa-gl-dev complains because of libgl1-mesa-dev

apt-cache shows that I'm trying to install xlibmesa-gl-dev 1:7.1.1ubuntu6
The libgl1-mesa-dev I have available is : 6.5.1~20060817-0ubuntu3 which 
needs mesa-common-dev (= 6.5.1~20060817-0ubuntu3) ...

BUT, it seems that the only mesa-common-dev available package (and 
installed on my system) is 6.5.1+cvs20060824 ...

Now, I'm sort of stuck : I can't force the installation of 
libgl1-mesa-dev whereas it seems I indeed already have a mesa-common-dev 
installed... would you have any advice ?
Is this a bug in libgl1-mesa-dev ?
