Ubuntu has corrupted my file !

Uh oh...  Tell me you don't write to that, use hibernate, and then boot into
Windows to use the same partition!  If you dual boot, hibernating will
guarantee corruption on any shared partition, unless you dismount the
partition before hibernation.
