1.  Absolutely.  Also, the server installation disk allows instant LAMP
setup.

2.  Reiser is supported.  Reiser4 is not at this time.

3.  This I know less about, but I would suspect that most config files
for that sort of thing would be universal, so you could keep them.  Some
things might need moving around if the directory structure varies
slightly between the two.
